Privacy Policy

Effective Date: September 17, 2026

Happy Vacations LLC (“Happy Vacations,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and disclose personal information when you visit happyvacationshawaii.com (the “Site”), contact us, inquire about our services, make or manage a reservation, communicate with us, or otherwise interact with us.

This Privacy Policy also applies to personal information we receive in connection with our services from booking platforms, property management and reservation systems, guest communication tools, referral partners, property owners, vendors, contractors, and other business partners. When you interact directly with a third-party website, platform, or service, that third party’s privacy policy and terms may also apply.

Information We Collect

Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect contact and identifying information such as your name, email address, telephone number, mailing address, company or organization, and similar contact information.

We may collect property management and business inquiry information, such as property information, ownership or contact details, service needs, referral information, and information you provide when requesting a consultation or contacting us about property management.

For guests and prospective guests, we may collect reservation and guest information such as reservation dates, rental property, booking details, party information, guest requests or preferences, arrival and departure information, and other information associated with a reservation or stay.

We may collect transaction and payment-related information such as billing information, payment status, transaction records, and limited or masked payment information available to us. Payment card information may be collected and processed by payment processors, booking or reservation systems, or other service providers. Please do not send full payment card details through general website contact forms, email, or web chat unless we specifically direct you to an appropriate payment process.

We may collect the contents of communications with us, including emails, text messages, web chats, booking-platform messages, support requests, and other communications.

When you use the Site, we may automatically collect device and online activity information such as IP address, browser and device information, operating system, approximate location derived from technical information, referring pages, pages viewed, clicks, scrolling and navigation activity, timestamps, cookie or advertising identifiers, and similar information about use of the Site.

If you provide us with personal information about another person, you should have authority or permission to provide that information.

How We Collect Information

We may collect information directly from you, automatically when you use the Site, and from third parties involved in our business or services. These third parties may include booking and travel platforms, property management or reservation systems, payment and communications providers, property owners, referral partners, vendors, contractors, and other service providers.

How We Use Personal Information

We may use personal information to respond to inquiries, requests, and customer service needs; provide, administer, and support property management, reservation, and guest services; communicate about inquiries, reservations, stays, services, maintenance, payments, and related matters; process and reconcile payments and transactions; and send service offers, updates, or promotional communications as permitted by applicable law and subject to any consent that may be required.

We may also use information to operate, maintain, personalize, analyze, and improve the Site and our services; measure website traffic, advertising performance, conversions, and communication effectiveness; protect the security and integrity of our systems; prevent fraud or misuse; investigate potential security issues; comply with legal, regulatory, tax, accounting, contractual, and other business obligations; and establish, exercise, or defend legal claims or otherwise protect our rights, property, and interests.

AI and Automated Communications

We may use artificial intelligence and other automated technologies to assist with web chat, guest communications, responses to inquiries, service support, and other business functions. Information you provide through these interactions may be processed by technology providers acting on our behalf to help provide or support these services.

Automated or AI-assisted communications may also be used in connection with booking-platform messaging, email, or text messaging.

Cookies, Analytics, and Advertising Technologies

Our Site uses cookies and similar technologies, such as pixels, tags, local storage, and other identifiers, for website functionality, analytics, performance measurement, advertising, and conversion tracking.

We use Google Analytics to help understand how visitors use the Site. Google Analytics may collect information such as browser and device information, approximate location, website activity, and identifiers stored in cookies. Google explains how it uses information from sites and apps that use its services at How Google uses information from sites or apps that use our services.

We also use advertising, analytics, performance-measurement, and conversion-tracking providers that may collect information about interactions with the Site to measure traffic, conversions, advertising performance, and, where enabled, support audience or remarketing functions.

We use Microsoft Advertising technologies, which may include Universal Event Tracking. Microsoft may collect or receive personal information from us or Site visitors to provide Microsoft Advertising services. Microsoft’s handling of that information is described in the Microsoft Privacy Statement.

You can control or delete cookies through your browser settings. Blocking some cookies or similar technologies may affect how certain parts of the Site function. Google also provides Google Ads Settings and a Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.

Do Not Track and Online Tracking

Some web browsers offer a “Do Not Track” signal. Because there is not a uniform industry standard for responding to these signals, we do not currently treat a Do Not Track signal by itself as a request to opt out of tracking.

Third-party analytics and advertising providers may collect information about online activities over time and across different websites or online services when their technologies are enabled on the Site. Where applicable law requires us to recognize another legally recognized browser-based opt-out preference signal, we will do so as required by law.

How We Disclose Personal Information

We may disclose personal information to service providers and vendors that support website hosting and forms, property management and reservation systems, communications and AI tools, payment processing, analytics, advertising, information technology, security, and professional services.

We may also disclose information to booking platforms, travel channels, portals, and other parties involved in providing or administering a reservation or service; to property owners, referral partners, vendors, contractors, and other business partners when reasonably necessary for the applicable service, business relationship, or request; and to government authorities, regulators, courts, law enforcement, insurers, attorneys, accountants, or other parties when disclosure is required or reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect rights or safety, address fraud or security concerns, or resolve a dispute.

Information may also be disclosed in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, sale of assets, or similar business transaction, or at your direction or with your consent.

We do not sell personal information in exchange for monetary payment. However, the use of certain analytics and advertising technologies may involve disclosures of online identifiers or activity information that some privacy laws characterize as a “sale,” “sharing,” or use for targeted advertising even when no monetary payment is exchanged. Where applicable law provides a right to opt out of such activity and applies to Happy Vacations, we will provide or honor that right as required.

Text Messages and Mobile Information

We may use telephone numbers provided in connection with an inquiry, reservation, stay, or other interaction to communicate about that matter as permitted by applicable law. We may also send automated, promotional, or marketing text messages where permitted by law and subject to any consent that may be required.

If you opt in to a text-messaging program that includes automated or promotional messages, message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply. Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of purchasing or receiving our services. You may reply STOP to opt out of future text messages from that messaging program.

The disclosures described elsewhere in this Privacy Policy do not include selling, renting, or sharing your mobile telephone number or text-message opt-in or consent data with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. We may disclose mobile information to service providers as needed to deliver, manage, support, or secure our text messaging and related services.

Email and Marketing Choices

If we send promotional email communications, you may unsubscribe by using the unsubscribe instructions included in the message. Even if you opt out of promotional communications, we may continue to send non-promotional communications relating to reservations, transactions, inquiries, service matters, or an existing business relationship.

Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including to provide services, maintain business and transaction records, comply with legal, tax, accounting, regulatory, or contractual obligations, address disputes, protect security, and enforce our agreements and rights.

Retention periods may vary depending on the type of information and the reason it was collected.

Security

We take reasonable steps designed to help protect personal information, taking into account the nature of the information and our business. No method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your Privacy Choices and Requests

You may contact us to request that we update or correct personal information that you previously provided to us.

Depending on where you live and whether an applicable privacy law applies to Happy Vacations, you may have additional rights regarding your personal information. We may need to verify your identity or request before taking action, and we may retain information where permitted or required by law. We will honor applicable privacy rights as required by law.

Children’s Privacy

Our Site and services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13 through the Site. Reservations and service agreements are intended to be made by adults.

Information relating to minors may be provided by a parent, guardian, or other adult in connection with a reservation or travel party.

Third-Party Websites and Services

The Site may link to or integrate with third-party websites and services, including booking platforms, guest or owner portals, payment services, maps, social media services, and other external services.

When you interact directly with a third-party website, platform, or service, the privacy policy and terms of that third party may apply. We do not control the privacy practices of independent third parties.

International Visitors

Happy Vacations is based in the United States. If you access the Site or interact with us from outside the United States, your personal information may be transferred to and processed in the United States and in other countries where our service providers operate, subject to applicable law.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the revised Privacy Policy on this page and update the Effective Date above. If applicable law requires additional notice of a material change, we will provide that notice as required.
